Upcoming Hearings
The Inquiry's Section 2 hearings will begin on Tuesday 1st December 2026.
Hearings will take place at Waverley Gate in Edinburgh.
Anyone who wishes to request a seat in the public gallery during hearings must register to attend via Eventbrite.
We are aware from our attendee feedback questionnaire that there were some issues with using Eventbrite for booking tickets.
For the December hearings, we will continue with the same format for booking tickets, however this is currently under review and we hope to make improvements as the Inquiry continues.

Only members of the public allocated a seat by the Inquiry will be able to attend. Seats will be confirmed two weeks in advance for each week.

- Registration for Week One
- Registration for Week Two will go live on November 16th
- Registration for Week Three will go live on November 23rd
Please note, requests to attend from journalists, corporate core participants, legal representatives and witnesses will be dealt with separately.
Proceedings will also be live-streamed.
A witness timetable for section 2 will be published on the website prior to the start of hearings.
